| Completion
of Therapon Institute's 28-hour curriculum is required for Belief Therapy
Certification. The Enrollment
Deadline in our office is always 7
days before the starting date of the classes. Preregistration
is required to insure a spot in the class. |
| Please
complete our enrollment form. You may choose our printable fax enrollment
form or our on-line enrollment form. With either choice, you will
fill out the required information, and fax/e-mail it to us immediately
to guarantee your position in the class. |

DOCUMENTATION
Then you
will need to follow up by mail. If the Therapon Institute is evaluating
your certification for Board Certification, please include
copies
of
any certificates, transcripts, ministry license and/or ordination, seminars,
workshops, continuing education, LPC, LCDC, awards, etc ... for your certification
file. This is very important. If you would like to submit a
detailed resume, you may do so. To have a Therapon Belief Therapy
Board Certified seal of your Certification, you must have completed/conducted
500 hours of actual counseling experience. We need to have this information
in your file.. |

TUITION
Tuition
for the course you are enrolling in is $ 290.00. Tuition must
accompany your Application for Admission. If you are uncomfortable
with sending your credit card information by fax or email, then you will
immediately mail your tuition in the amount of $ 290 by check or credit

REFUND
POLICY
$ 25 of
the tuition if non-refundable. That is a one time processing fee.
For a no show at the school with no prior notification to the school, the
refund is 50%. With one week prior notice to the school, the refund
is $215.
